Exchange Policy:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items
    • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
    • Products without original tags or packaging.
    • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
  4. Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending the product back for exchange.
    • PrimePicks will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
